Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Fight Cards website, game, downloads, online services, player accounts, leaderboards, support pages and related features. By using Fight Cards, you agree to follow these terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share passwords, impersonate another player, sell or transfer accounts without permission, or attempt to access another user’s account.
2. Fair Play Rules
Players must not cheat, exploit bugs, modify the game client, automate gameplay, manipulate match results, use unauthorized tools, abuse network systems, or interfere with normal multiplayer operation. Suspicious activity may result in rank resets, item removal, temporary suspension or permanent account restriction.
3. Player Conduct
Fight Cards should be used respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, threats, abusive usernames, spam, scams, sexually explicit content, illegal content, or behavior that harms other players or the service is not allowed.
4. Game Content and Virtual Items
Characters, cards, cosmetics, frames, avatars, titles, ranks, rewards, currencies and other in-game items are digital game features. They do not represent real-world ownership, investment value, or withdrawable money unless specifically stated in an official policy.
5. Downloads, Updates and Availability
Game downloads, patches, servers and website features may change over time. We may update, add, rebalance, remove or disable features to improve security, gameplay, compatibility or performance.
6. User Submissions and Support Requests
When you submit bug reports, feedback, support requests, deletion requests or other messages, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may use it to review, respond, fix issues and improve the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Fight Cards name, website design, visual style, characters, UI, graphics, code, gameplay systems and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the game or website content except where expressly permitted.
8. Limitations of Service
Fight Cards is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We try to maintain a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent data availability, compatibility with every device, or perfect network performance.
9. Enforcement
We may investigate reports, logs and abnormal activity. Depending on severity, action may include warning, content removal, leaderboard correction, reward reversal, matchmaking restriction, suspension or account termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated when the game, website or legal requirements change. Continued use of Fight Cards after an update means you accept the updated terms.
